Orders and Shipping

For Jewelry, each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to ship.

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

USA: 2 – 5 Business Days w/ Standard (1 – 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)

Canada: 5 – 10 Business Days

UK & EU: 3 – 7 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 20 Business Days

Rest of the World: 5 – 10 Business Days

To create an account on our website, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign In” link located at the top of our website.
  2. Select “Create an Account” and fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and a password of your choice.
  3. Click “Create Account” to complete the registration process.

Once you have created an account, you will be able to view your order history, track current orders, and save your shipping and billing information for faster checkout. If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@luxecrafty.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time. If you are missing a tracking number please contact support via email: support@luxecrafty.com we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

For security reasons, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. Each time you make a purchase on our website, you will need to enter your payment information. This ensures the safety of your financial information and protects you from any potential fraud.

Yes, we are required to charge sales tax in accordance with state and local tax laws. The sales tax amount will be calculated and added to your order during checkout. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact us prior to placing your order and provide us with your tax-exempt certificate so we can adjust your order accordingly.

We always strive to send orders in as few packages as possible to reduce waste and minimize shipping costs. However, depending on the availability and location of the items you ordered, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If your items are being shipped separately, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package with the tracking information for each shipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Malttrix. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-orders for items that are currently sold out. However, we do restock our inventory regularly, so please keep an eye on our website for updates on product availability.
